Training course: Risk Management

This certified course is essential for current and potential trustees/ management committee members as it will help them to fulfill their legal duties efficiently and effectively and deal with common governance issues. It provides an introduction to their legal responsibilities in six key areas and how to assess and manage risks. Participants will also learn how to: • Run a charitable organisation effectively • Improve decision making and policy implementation • Deal with major governance issues • Complete seven steps of assessing and reducing risks that are linked with faith activities and facilities.
